Affiliate Disclosure at /affiliate-disclosure — FTC-compliant plain-language disclosure of how we make money, what we don’t do (paid placement, sponsored rankings), and how to spot affiliate links on the site.

Privacy Policy at /privacy — accurate description of what we collect (almost nothing), where tool data lives (your browser’s localStorage), and what happens when you click an affiliate link.

Terms of Use at /terms — the rules of the road, plus explicit not-legal-advice / not-financial-advice language for the tools that touch regulated topics (visa tracker, FIRE calculator, cost-of-living).

Footer Legal column now links to real routes (Affiliate Disclosure first — it’s the most load-bearing for the directory model). Removed the placeholder “Cookies” entry; we don’t set any.

FIRE Calculator (/tools/fire-calculator) — financial independence math (FIRE number, time-to-FI, FI date) with a Nomad arbitrage panel that re-runs against 6 low-cost-of-living scenarios.

Climate Finder (/tools/climate-finder) — pick a month and a temperature/humidity range, get matching cities. 20 nomad hubs, 240 monthly observations.

Build surface count: 6 → 8 tools live.

Landing reframed around “The #1 toolkit for digital nomads.” New trust strip, bookmark hint chip, and brand-orange #1 accent.
