Mediterranean-Morocco port-city across the strait from Tarifa — 35-minute fast ferry to Spain (Schengen weekend trips are genuinely trivial). Same Morocco extendable-tourist visa story as Marrakech (90 days on entry, renewable once). Marshan and the Kasbah are the walkable cores. Coworking is thin (a few spots). Mediterranean climate — milder than Marrakech (no real summer brutality, peaks around 28°C), wetter winters.
