Non-Schengen European Bases for Year-Round Nomading

When your Schengen 90/180 clock is exhausted, these are the cities to know. Outside Schengen but still within Europe (or near-Europe): the Western Balkans (Belgrade, Sarajevo, Skopje, Tirana), the Caucasus (Tbilisi, Yerevan), the UK and Ireland post-Brexit, Cyprus, Turkey. Many offer materially lower costs than Schengen cities, and a handful run their own remote-worker visas (Croatia DNV before they joined Schengen, Cyprus DNV). Most importantly: time spent here doesn't burn Schengen days.
