Best Digital Nomad Cities to Visit in Winter (December–February)
30 cities · Updated May 2026
Winter sends most nomads in two directions: SE Asia (peak nomad-season — dry, warm, accommodation prices spike but quality is the highest of the year) or southern hemisphere (Australia, NZ, Argentina, Cape Town — full summer). LATAM's high-altitude cities (Mexico City, Bogotá) stay mild year-round. Each city below clears at least one of December, January, or February as nomad-comfortable.
